Golden Axe: Once you get a town fountain throw an axe into it and the spirit might give you a golden axe.
Golden Net: Catch all of the Bugs
Golden Fishing Rod: Catch all of the fish
Golden Slingshot: Shoot down 8 balloons and the 8th one should contain a golden slingshot.
Golden Watering Can: Get a perfect town rating and hold it for 16 days.
Silver Tools:
Silver Shovel: Get from Resetti at the surveillance center in the city.
Silver Slingshot: Buy from Tom Nook
Silver Watering Can: Buy 50 packs of seeds from Tom Nook
Silver Axe: Throw an axe into the town fountain
Silver Fishing Rod: Buy from Tom Nook
Silver Net: Buy from Tom Nook
Magic Rock: Each day a different rock, when hit by a shovel, will give out bells. To get the maximum dig 2/3 holes behind it so when you bash the rock you will not fly backwards:

Use a golden shovel to hit the rock.
Magic rock bonus 2 (10,100 bells)
Use a silver shovel to hit the rock.
Town Upgrades:
New Bridge = donate 200,000 bells
Town Fountain = donate 400,000 bells
Windmill/Lighthouse = donate 1,000,000 bells
Pirate Furniture:
Give Pascal a scallop to get an item from the ‘pirate’ theme.
